well i can't beat this R/N toucher i tried trapping that didn't work i don't have nightfall either

no i'm not buying nightfall don't suggest it. guild wars says i don't need to buy another god **** game in order to be competitive. If that's not so then perhaps it's time to look for another game. Because even though there is no monthly rate, think about it, you have to pay almost 200 dollars for the full thing.

You dont need NF

its so simple Cripshot + apply posion

He runs towards you

You crip him and degen him to death. IF you can't do that then its totally hopeless.

Remember to run away when you crip him lol and keep moving.

You don't need Nightfall to beat a touch ranger. Touch rangers are weak to snares, degen, interrupt or disable skills, and energy denial, more or less in that order. Among other things. Touch rangers need to, well, touch you to defeat you, so don't let them do that. Crippling Shot is Prophecies and Apply Poison is Core, and those 2 skills are pretty much all you need to defeat a toucher. Throw a Hunter's Shot if you want, too.

Also, you don't need to buy the full Nightfall campaign. If you just want to PvP with the Nightfall skills, and you really should, you can buy the PvP unlock packs in the online store. They cost much less than the full campaign.

And if you want a little more damage, you can throw in [skill]Called Shot[/skill] if he has too many blocking stances

Thought that only applied to shock axe wars? lol

Besides if you want to be play at the highest competitiveness you kinda need all of the games because most bars (excluding shock axe) use skills from every game (the good ones mainly).

Trapping isn't a good idea against Touchers. They're necro skills will outheal the conditions. Setting [skill]Barbed Trap[/skill] or something, and run away! whoosh!!
